oven baked glazed chicken drumsticks

Growing up, chicken was served almost every single day at dinner. My mom worked at a chicken slaughterhouse and she would bring home chicken all the time. Of course, after a while we became picky and each one had their own preferences. Chicken drumsticks have been always my number 1 choice. Chicken tights come in close. Wings are 3rd. Somehow, chicken breasts were not my piece of cake.

Ingredients
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons [soy saucehttp://amzn.to/1DWbwg6]
1 tablespoon flour
8 large chicken drumsticks

Instructions
Heat the oven to 475F. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil. Set aside.
In large bowl, whisk hoisin, brown sugar and soy sauce. Reserve 3 tbsp. for glaze.
Whisk flour into remaining sauce.
Toss with drumsticks with the sauce and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Brush with reserved glaze while still warm.

Notes
Update ~Here~

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
